Pad Printing Services

Welcome to FLYcncpart's pad printing service! This process provides your parts with fine patterns and logos. Our Shenzhen team uses high-precision technology to meet your customization needs.
Processing Overview
Description: Pad printing is an indirect printing process that uses a silicone pad to transfer ink from a steel plate to the part surface, with a thickness of approximately 5-20μm. The process involves plate making, pad printing, and curing, enabling high-precision patterns on irregular surfaces.

Applicable Materials: Plastics (such as ABS, PP), metal, glass, and ceramics.

Visual Appearance: Clear patterns or logos, multi-color overprinting, and a smooth surface.
Advantage
  • High-Precision Printing: Suitable for complex patterns and small parts, with accuracy down to 0.1mm.
  • Wide Applicability: Prints on curved and irregular surfaces, adapting to a variety of materials.
  • High Durability: The ink is resistant to wiping and slight chemical corrosion, making it suitable for logos and decorations.
  • High Flexibility: Supports multi-color and gradient printing, meeting brand customization requirements.
  • Cost-Effectiveness: Suitable for small and medium-volume production with minimal waste.
  • Eco-Friendly Option: Uses water-based inks to reduce VOC emissions.
Precautions
  • Surface Preparation: Clean and flat surface required, and test ink adhesion.
  • Design: Avoid extremely fine lines, and test for curved surface compatibility.
  • Curing Conditions: Ensure ink is dry to prevent sticking; test for abrasion resistance.
  • Design Considerations: Plan the printing area to avoid obstructions; test for multi-color alignment. Quality Standards: Comply with ISO 2846, inspecting for pattern clarity and adhesion.
  • Safety Measures: Use protective equipment and dispose of ink waste.
