Processing Overview
Description: Wire drawing uses an abrasive belt or roller to create a texture of parallel lines on a surface, with a roughness of Ra 0.8-3.2μm. The process includes pre-grinding, drawing, and polishing, with speeds of 10-50m/min. Wire drawing can be either straight or random.

Applicable Materials: Metals (such as aluminum, stainless steel, and copper).

Visual Appearance: Linear or cross-grained patterns with a satin sheen and a modern, industrial feel.
