Processing Overview
Description: Mirror polishing combines mechanical polishing with meticulous handwork, using diamond or aluminum oxide paste, achieving a roughness of Ra 0.01-0.1μm. The process includes coarse grinding (120-600#), fine grinding (1000-3000#), and mirror polishing (specialized wheels). The process takes 1-6 hours and requires multiple stages.

Applicable Materials: Metals (such as stainless steel, aluminum, and copper) and certain hard plastics.
