Welcome to FLYcncpart's etching service! Through chemical or electrolytic processes, we create fine patterns for your parts, and our Shenzhen team ensures high precision and durability.
Processing Overview
Description: Etching uses an acidic solution (such as FeCl₃ or HNO₃) or an electrolyte to selectively etch a surface, creating a pattern with a depth of 0.01-0.5mm. The process includes pattern making, etching (5-30 minutes), and cleaning. It is suitable for flat or slightly curved surfaces.

Applicable Materials: Metals (such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum), glass.

Visual Appearance: A recessed pattern or texture with high surface contrast.
