Tempering Services

Welcome to FLYcncpart's integrated hardening service! This process improves the hardness and strength of parts. Our Shenzhen team provides precise control to meet the needs of high-load applications.
Processing Overview
Description: Through-hardening is achieved by heating the metal to 900-1200°C and quenching it to room temperature or in oil, resulting in a uniform hardened layer (full-depth) with a hardness of HV 500-700. The process includes preheating, quenching, and tempering, with a total time of 2-6 hours.

Applicable Materials: Medium-carbon steel, high-carbon steel, and alloy steel.

Visual Appearance: The surface may show quenching cracks or oxidized color, but no noticeable grain.
