Processing Overview

Temperatures range from 500-1200°C, and durations range from several hours to several days. The process involves preheating, heating, holding, and cooling, adjusting material properties.

Applicable Materials: Steel, alloy steel, aluminum alloy, and titanium alloy.

Visual Appearance: No noticeable surface changes, but internal structure is optimized. Slight color change (oxide layer) may occur.
