Description: Hand polishing is a manual process that uses sandpaper, polishing paste, and a cloth wheel to gradually refine the surface to a roughness of 0.1-0.8μm Ra. The process includes coarse grinding (80-400# sandpaper), fine grinding (600-1500#), and polishing (specialized paste). Processing time ranges from 30 minutes to several hours, depending on part complexity.
