Processing Overview
Description: Baking paint is a liquid coating process that uses thermosetting or thermoplastic coatings at a thickness of 30-80μm. The process involves surface pretreatment (sanding, priming), spraying, and high-temperature baking (120-180°C) to form a hardened coating.
