Laser Marking Services

Welcome to FLYcncpart's laser marking service! Using high-precision laser technology, we add permanent markings to your parts, and our Shenzhen team ensures clarity and durability.
Processing Overview
Description: Laser marking uses a fiber or CO2 laser to ablate or discolor a surface, creating a mark with a depth of 0.01-0.1mm at a speed of 10-100mm/s. The process includes design input, laser parameter adjustment, and marking, taking seconds to minutes.

Applicable Materials: Metals (such as steel and aluminum), plastics, and ceramics.

Visual Appearance: Marking is done in black, white, or colored colors, with no noticeable surface protrusions.
Advantage
  • Permanent and strong: Resists abrasion and chemical corrosion, suitable for tracking.
  • High precision: Line widths up to 0.02mm are possible, suitable for small parts.
  • Contactless: No mechanical stress, maintaining tolerances.
  • Fast and efficient: Complete in seconds, suitable for mass production.
  • Versatile: Can mark text, barcodes, and logos.
  • Eco-friendly: No chemicals, reducing waste.

Precautions
  • Power Control: Adjust between 10-50W to avoid excessive depth or burning; test material response.
  • Focus Accuracy: Ensure laser focus and test mark clarity.
  • Surface Preparation: Keep surface clean and free of oil and dirt that could affect contrast.
  • Design Considerations: Plan the marking area to avoid critical functional areas.
  • Quality Standards: Comply with ISO 2768, checking depth and clarity.
  • Safety Measures: Wear laser safety glasses and control the beam.
