Stainless Steel 17-4 PH is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel known for its excellent combination of high strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance. It can be heat-treated to various strength levels through aging processes. With good machinability in the solution-annealed condition and excellent dimensional stability, it is one of the most widely used precipitation-hardening stainless steels in aerospace, chemical, and marine industries.
